Founded in Sydney Australia, in 2017 to leverage our founders 45 years experience which was gained in Cost Planning and Project Management for both new construction and refurbishment projects.  This was performed across an extensive range of building types and construction sectors.

With a focus on the unique requirements of each Client, collaboration with all Design Consultants and having a broad experience in project management, construction planning, programming, and buildability, Rochelhill Consulting can provide a structured cost plan to match the Clients financial drivers.

Altus Group engaged Philip Cooper’s services (through Rochelhill Consulting Pty Ltd) for 12 months providing Cost Management Services on the $228m Sydney Opera House Renewal project.

How much should I allow for Variations?

It depends on the above issues being closed out prior to tendering.

As all construction is bespoke, a experienced Cost Planner can analyse the project risks and suggest an appropriate budget be allowed to cover the real cost.
